It is from the first years of the 20th
century that the family's company continues to cultivate and hand
down the secrets and the skill of an ancient art, which is nowadays
still alive: the production of the extra virgin olive oil.
That
unique taste, already so much appreciated in the past, when it
used to enrich only the tables of the old, is nowadays the most
refined and exquisite aroma that we can have: the extra virgin
olive oil Agrolio.
It is throughout three generations that
this excellent oil has kept its qualities, thanks to the care
that the men of the family have given to it from always, the care
for all of the productive cycle: from its growth, to the pruning
of the plant, up to the working of the soil, from the picking
of the fruit up until its bottling. Every single step is carried
out with the most wise techniques, so ancient and still so modern.
This is because modernity has given to the Agresti family only
the possibility to use in some stages of production, faster instruments,
capable of producing a greater quantity of oil, without compromising
the taste, the genuineness and the natural
qualities of its extra virgin oil.
