Agrolio: extravegine per tradizione

CAKE WITH OLIVES
Ingredients:

extravirgin olive oil Agrolio
300g of white flour
15g of beer yeast
200g of black olives
salt
Mix the flour with a bit of salt on a flat surface, add two spoons of extravirgin oil and the yeast melted in a bit of warm water. Mix the paste until it becomes really smooth . You then wrap it with a cloth and you let it rest for about 2 hours. Then you spread the paste and you sprinkle over it the olives cut in small pieces. You wrap the pastry on itself like as if you are making a roll and then you make a ring-shape, like a big donut. Put it then on a cooking plate greased with oil and let it cook in a very hot oven for 30 mins.
