Octopus Salad
Ingredients
olive oil Agrolio
a fresh octopus of 600/700 g
garlic
parsley
lemon
salt and pepper
Private octopus innards, and beat it on a wash. Put in a pan with a little water and cook (about two hours). Drain, cut into pieces and season with plenty of olive oil, juice of one lemon, two cloves of garlic and a bit 'of chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Serve warm or cold. |
